The key domain in Real Estate is underpinned by Urbanism and Building Technology. Addressing management questions regarding the preliminary and management real estate phases, it has a specific focus on the public and private management of real estate, otherwise known as corporate and public real estate management (CREM/PREM). Theory, methods and techniques are developed at both supply and marketing levels. The domain also addresses the further development of instrumentation, methods and techniques concerning management questions in the preliminary and management real estate phases, e.g. feasibility studies integrating economic, legal, functional, spatial and organisational aspects, as well as risk analyses and programming issues at building and site level.
